Rockys Dojo and Gym is a nationally recognized institution and
is the largest karate school in the Midwest. The school is run
by Chief Instructor Rocky Troutman, a national karate and kickboxing
champion and by 8th Degree Black Belt, Grand Master Ron Troutman.
We also have a staff of over 50 black belts. We have over 26 years
of professional black belt instruction.
Our Dojo is located at 46 Terry Drive, Sugar Grove, IL 60554 which
is the intersection of Rt. 47 and 56. The two level building houses
a 3400 sq. foot main dojo upstairs and the boxing ring and weight
room downstairs.
We have a complete setup for boxing and kickboxing training. We
feature a regulation size boxing ring along with all of the accessories.
We have heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags, Powerline bags,
plus focus mits and more.
The dojo also houses a complete weight room. We have a wide variety
of free weights and machines to accomodate mosts peoples needs for
strength training.
Finally when your workout is complete we have showers and lockers
for you to use.
